 Optical-grade special ultra-thick transparent polycarbonate solid sheets, large size thickness, uniform size specification of 1270mm * 1530mm, monomer area of about two square meters, thickness range of 30-450mm, maximum customizable thickness up to 450MM, can be used stably for a long time in the temperature environment of -60°C to 129°C cold and hot (see 【 Insulation temperature resistance]), and maintain good mechanical properties.

In the production process, multiple standard processes such as annealing are processed to eliminate the most common and difficult to solve internal stress problems of similar materials, and fundamentally avoid quality uncertainty defects such as cracking caused by the material's own stress.  With good machinability (see [CNC machining technology] for details), common CNC machining equipment (machine tools, lathes) can be used for cutting, engraving, punching, milling, polishing, boring, drilling and other cold working and special hot processing, made into optically transparent plates, columns, thick-walled cylinders, complex special-shaped structural parts, etc., can also be screen printing spraying, according to the drawings to make the desired shape or effect.
